Profile: Dr. Reagan is currently Dean of the School of Education at Nazarbayev University, Astana, Kazakhstan. He was until recently CSU Professor of Education and Chair of the Department of Teacher Education at Central Connecticut State University. He has also served on the faculty of Gallaudet University, as the Executive Associate Dean of the Neag School of Education at the University of Connecticut, as the Dean of the School of Education at Roger Williams University, and as the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. His research interests include language policy and language planning, sign languages, and foreign language teaching and learning.
